Conferences:
The fellow is expected to participate in chest conferences on
a regular basis and to present at least one formal lecture to the
staff during the year.
Research:
The fellow is expected to participate in staff research projects,
publish peer-reviewed papers and present one or more scientific
presentations at major meetings. The fellow is encouraged to prepare
case reports and generate his or her own research.

Three weeks vacation and subsidized attendance at one scientific
meeting – additional meetings if presenting.
