Conferences:
The fellow is expected to participate in multidisciplinary and chest conferences on a regular basis and present at least one formal lecture to the staff and residents during the year.

Research:
The fellow is expected to participate in staff research projects, prepare case reports, generate his or her own research, publish peer reviewed papers and present one or more scientific presentations at major meetings.
